1.9.6d ~ 1.10.0
« on: September 22, 2017, 12:16:49 PM »
  • Bug fixes.
  • Without the Beast Speech (Rank 1) Gift, Hybrids, Werewolves and other Fera will no longer be able to understand animals and other beasts.
  • Animal/Beast system has been tweaked. (/roll, /show(c)haracter(s)heet, /(u)se(w)illpower(p)oint and /(s)ilent(u)se(w)illpower(p)oint features have been made functional for them. Temporary Willpower will regenerate for them same as it does for other races. For flying Animals/Beats the wings attachment will be automatically removed upon changing appearance.)
  • Fera Stealth, Mage Sense Aura Spell and Demon Touch scripted abilities have been removed.
  • Vampire, Werewolf and Fera Sniff ability has been revamped and it is very specific for Vampires.
    • The ability no longer distinguishes a character's race. (The mark on the mini radar is always red no matter what the target's race is. This is valid for all races.)
    • Vampires can only smell blood. Only characters with a Hurt health level and below can be detected. The ability no longer works on Bruised and Healthy characters.
    • Hybrids, Werewolves and other Fera got their sniff range tweaked. The ability's range is now dictated by their form (The range (in SA-MP distance units) is multiplied by the character's ability level). For those who might understand what does this mean:
      Quote
      range =* 9;//Glabro
      range =* 18;//Crinos
      range =* 33;//Hispo
      range =* 3;//Homid
      range =* 48;//Lupus
  • Changeling has been intruduced as a new playable race.
    • All races have received a Banality rating according to the average Banality rating chart from Changeling: The Dreaming 2nd Edition book.

      Each character obviously has a rating based on their personality, activities, belief, levels of intoxication, etc.. E.g.: Malkavian or Ravnos Vampires have lower Banality (5-7) than Tremere or Giovanni Vampires (8-9). Tradition Mages have even lower Banality ratings (5). Technocracy Mages would have a quite high Banality rating (8-10) while a regular Human starts with 6 Banality.

      If you are not sure what Banality is I'd suggest leaving it to the default rating assigned by the script. You won't need the Banality Trait if you don't plan to interact with Changeling players.

cant wait for the first scent of the true form application
you dont need to apply for it if your tribe has it as a beginning gift ;)
To see the face of immortality, you must leave the human world
behind.
This fire, these woods, the wind in the branches overhead,
This is the true world, the Mother’s realm,
The seat of the immortal, the heart of our world.
The Weaver spins a gilded web, and strong, but it is false,
Ephemeral, when placed against the branches or the flames.
Steel and glass give brave assurances, but only viewed against our
fragile flesh.
Inside that flesh, inside ourselves, is immortality.
