Another PC blood splatter!

**As you walk by the dry cleaning business you notice a puddle of blood, nearby are three nine millimeter shell casings, the blood leads to tire marks heading West.**

**All that remains is a dark red spot where her blood sat for hours, not even all the bleach in the world can fully remove the spot however it's no longer staining the shoes and pant legs of those who pass by or over it.**
