This guide is done with a purpose to inform you about what investing a learning point into a certain ability does, and what happens at a certain rank.
Guns are not included since their damage is static and does not alter upon a learning point investment. Except for Rifle skill, where you need to have the maximum rank of the skill in order to Use/Wield a sniper rifle. For Humans it requires 6/6 learning points, and for Werewolves it requires 9/9 learning points, and sniper rifle damage is 70.

Weapons like crossbow which are topped by 1 visually, however need 6 learning points to be activated will not be explained here, since their static damage is 70, and the bolt does damage overtime. You cannot invest any more learning points, therefore it would be pointless to include them below. Here we go.
