Governor Comments the Sheriff's Accusations
« on: December 01, 2014, 07:12:40 AM »
* Channel 8's headlines read the following: Governor Comments the Sheriff's Accusations. *

News host says: Governor Kingston wasted no time on commenting the accusations pressed this morning, releasing a public declaration regarding the nature of the Sheriff's accusations, as well as explanations on the alledged raising of a private army.

* The recording cuts to Governor Kingston, in a pulpit, declaring his statement. *

Stevenson Kingston says: Sheriff William is more than welcome to direct his personnel to investigate the precedence of the Security Division. He shall see that they work within the limits of the law and have as their sole purpose the protection and safety of the governor. There isn't anything shady behind it, nor are there "security" tasks being ran on the outside. His accusations are bland and unfunded, his suspicion is driven by nothing concrete. We, of the Social Technocratic Party of Red County have always endorsed a clean, transparent goverment: we have absolutely nothing to hide from the fellow citizens of Red County, that is one thing we are proud of. The presented framework, of the need of a Security Division was strengthened even more after the kidnapping of an important and influent political figure of the goverment in plain broad daylight. The Sheriff's Department was contacted through standard lines wherein a SWAT team was solicited, the Sheriff's Department, however, failed to respond to the case, thus later resulting in the politician's murder. There are reasons to believe a terroristic group has settled within Red County and that the political structure is endanged, this is a necessary measurement to ensure the goverment's state sovereignty.

* The news host continues to broadcast the transmission, his voice is liveful: *

News host says: Futhermore, Sheriff William is also expected to be summoned to a Court of Law, as put by one of the party's commissioner, to answer for the crimes of false imprisonment and inability to comform with the judiciary power. "The open carry permit issued by the judiciary sphere and sanctioned by Governor Kingston, of the same technicality and nature of those granted to the law's enforcement agents would have allowed the Head of the Security Division to possess the designed gear and carry it openly. Sheriff William's failure to do his job to the full extension of the law, by neglecting to verify and acknowledge the legitimacy and lawfulness of the permit, therefore proceeding with an arrest based only on an assumption and personal belief are thought to be the legal ground in which the goverment body will be filing a lawsuit against Sheriff William"; one of the goverment's experts concluded.

*Jane would be in her kitchen with the Radio on. She would have large pliers attached to her new left fang attempting to yank it out as she listens to the radio.*

Jane: Well.... *Crack* Argh! Shit..

*Begins to rub her mouth as she takes a blood bag from the fridge gagging as she drinks it.*

John Rodriquez would be putting on his tactical suit at the time, he leaves the radio on as he's applying his vest; hearing the Governor's words.

John Rodriquez says: Perhaps I should attend this court summons, let's head out Rex.
