The San Andreas branch of the Cosmic Secret Service
Mission Statement:
We are the San Andreas division of the Cosmic Secret Service, an agency tasked with detecting and snuffing out threats to the impending Age of Aquarias and Saint Germain's holy government.
Mission objectives:
In San Andreas, particularly the unchartered Angel Pine region, Saint Germain's ambassador Latasha Love has informed us of several causes for concern, which has allowed us to create a set of mission objectives, namely:
Determing the nature and location of recently sighted beasts, and organizing a strike team to disrupt their negative frequencies.
To document every Lucifierian fallen entities (AKA demons) in the city and monitor their every move.
To study thehe presence of cadavers, vampires, and general vampirism within the city.
To determine methods to deter The Technocratic Union, also known as the Stasis Demon's, putting it's eye on the town.
To measure the substantial amount of Wyrm influence across the city, and then send a plan of action to the Great White Brotherhood for their possible involvement.
To monitor and study routine killings of innocence in the vicinity of the town, as well as various hotbeds for dark activity.
To monitor, study, any and all practioners of dark magick within Angel Pine.
To study the presence of a dark figure named "Ragon" and report our findings back to Master Germain and the Ascended Masters for possible intervention.
To study occurrences surrounding entities of lower vibrations

Ragon:Supposedly has access to high-powered inversions of the Divine will, dark magick. Update: Apparently this designation was well-made. Overheard Wylcoff and a dark entity forging a mystic weapon to defeat him. Hostile has killed an enlightened soul and other powerful entities with ease. Proceed with caution. Update: Target's prospenity for dark practices is officially confirmed. He is capable of inter-dimensional travel and dark sorceries which enhance his overall objectives. He is resident to Mt. Chiliad, and apparently is going to be confronted soon by Wylcoff. Monitor the confrontation.
Various spotted beasts: We are not sure about the nature of these beings, much less if they have a consistent one. Will update as more information comes along
Isaac Wylcoff: We don't feel comfortable classifying him until more observation. Update: This individual is highly dangerous. He understands how to wield dark energies of rage and fury to destroy a man's ability to fight almost instantaneously. He uses coercion and force to invoke submissive energy into his enemies, and routinely defends terroristic cadavers. Keep an eye on him and suggest a possible intervention from the highest Archangel legion if possible.
Sheriff's Department: Prepare an agent to infiltrate them as soon as possible. We need to know if the town's taint has seized even the stout hearts of law enforcement.
Magadon Pharmaceuticals: G that Wyrm are known to root themselves in scientific-based institutions, this merits closer investigation. We need an infiltrator investigating them ASAP.
Heather Gauthier: A Cadaver. Keep an eye on this one.
Unknown Obsidian Entity: A strange being fashioned from obsidian. He is potentially deadly and may require disruption from a funnel of Divine consciousness. Standby for more information.
Unknown African-American cadaver: Absolutely deadly; attacks innocents without provocation or purpose. Suggested for disruption.
Camarilla: Apparently, this is the Vampiric body that claims Angel Pine as it's territory. Do not recognize their claims as legitimate and investigate their holdings, immediately.
Sabbat: An opposing group of vampires who will attempt to invade Angel Pine and further tighten the Wyrm's grip around it's heart. Immediate, high-priority threat. Find out when the invasion will take place, who the invading force is, and prepare to call in the Archangel legions for protection.
Jericho Huston: Subject used to be an indispensable ally to Lady Love and the Light. He has turned and operates on an immensely negative vibratory state. Subject also gave information about our operations to Wylcoff. Remain on HIGH ALERT; do not manifest unless absolutely necessary.
Clawed-reaper incident:Operative reported walking into the alley near the Grocery Store to inspect a possible drug business, only to be greeted by a rabid, angry being with the appearance of a human biker who grew claws. Operative immediately initiated the Ring-Pass-Not and fled into the penumbral lands to heal after nearly having their physical embodiment destroyed by the attacker's claws. Operative lingered and observed a dark presence influencing Lady Latasha, possibly seizing control over a group of wolves, and proceeding to attack two of Lady Latasha's allies.
Directives:
1. Notify Thraka and the local Devic regiment and urge them to be on alert for future incidences of chaotic psychic outbreak.
2. Relay this information to the Karmic board and Saint Germain.
3. Monitor the Biker man; determine his nature and draft a plan of action to hinder, incapacitate, or destroy his ability to continue to unleash destructive energy upon Angel Pine.
