Bug/mappings fixes.
/(pr)int, /(pr)int(v)oice and /(printp)ermission are the new commands for storytelling purpose.
/togbankstatement has been implemented. (This command can be used to disable bank statement messages.)
Licenses business has been removed. From now on, identification cards, driving license, vehicle registration and vehicle insurance can be all done at the Sheriff's Department building reception.
