The Wolf Among Us
« on: April 16, 2020, 11:31:39 AM »

"She offered herself to the Big Bad Wolf and didn't scream when he took the first bite."

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ohNpf4VnlP8

              Name: Nicholas Devereaux

              Age: Mid-thirties

              Place of Birth: Los Angeles

Titles: The Sheriff, Trickster, Cockroach Hailer,                 the metallic wolf and many others.

              Build: Mesomorph.

Rank among the Garou Nation: Elder, the                    one of the fewest Ragabash Elders known among                 the Garou Nation.

Breed: Homid.. I'm a human after all..

Auspice: "Only in the darkness of an ending does                                the New Moon arise"

Distinguishing features: Mostly known around with his Sheriff uniform and his earpiece he never takes off even if he's off-duty with the long dufflebag always carrying behind his back

Alignment: "What happened in the past remains in the past... why don't we start focusing on the future and adapt with the modern world...?" - Weaver

"I try not to break the rules Rules but merely to test their Elasticity"

Very smart and intelligent, grew up among them. Gaia created us to be the protectors of those weak souls that aren't supposed to know certain secrets of the world, this is how they will continue advancing the technology and move forward with the Weaver.. The Weaver, the true power that can save Gaia from the Wyrm trying to destroy her! I shall dedicate my life contributing into protecting them from harm.

Humans that have had enough from the supernatural terrible acts towards them... honestly I don't blame them, they've suffered enough and were always the victims of 'collateral damage'. Most of my colleagues are hunters, they're not mindless beasts, they rationalize and that what makes me take some of them as allies of mine.

My brethren, we share the same blood and the same anger. I shall help guiding you doing your duties as long as you're in the right path. Mostly the Weaver Garou are the ones that are easier to discuss things with and convince of our ways... Wyld Garou are indeed my allies, though some of them is quite stubborn that I wanna put them down but my respect to Gaia prevents me... Fuckin' Red Talons..

Depends on which Fera we're talking about here... some of them are quite interesting and their intelligence is beyond admirable... others are just some selfish fucks that would stab you in the back to just survive.... Guess I gotta always watch my back whenever I do business with any of you

Vampires... They're the least of our problem as Glass Walkers. Specially the ones I live with in Angel Pine... some bunch of failure politicians that kill each others for a virtual throne that never existed.. as long as the humans and the other races that live with them are safe, I got no problem with 'em... otherwise at some point someone gotta ash those fuckers if they go beyond limits

Lost creatures, no different than drug addicts... they would go to their own deaths just for a cause of defending their sire... fuck outta' here mindless fucks

Garou that are a fruit of a big tragedy and they're never meant to exist... most of them are depressed and do not come out in public, therefore I got no problem with them as long as they're put and not making troubles in town nor halting the Weaver from progressing.

I've always admired you sorcerers... I'm a human after all that gets impressed by magic.. even if I'm a magician myself! It's always good to see new 'tricks'... you see, a trickster would always love to learn new tricks no matter what.
Yet they never cease to amaze me.

Celestial beings that escaped a fate that will always haunt them till they're caught again... not my problem either as long as they're not halting the Weaver from progress.

Often the hands will solve a mystery that the intellect has struggled with in vain yet those beings remain a riddle that eludes me, perhaps in time I'd uncover it but for now I'm keeping a neutral affairs, our swords won't cross unless they share theirs first.

Rebecca Mirri
Quite impressive there are still Mokole' alive... thought my ancestors ended them all in the War of Rage.. I glad they didn't. We got our differences, you're a fully Wyld dedicated Fera and you do not understand three quarter of the words I say.. though you're always there for me whenever I need and you've helped me a lot already even though I gave nothing in return, I guess you've gained my trust somehow.

Yidu Yazhu
The little Lupus cub that was lost when I encountered... it was hard in the beginning to communicate with a Lupus, it always has been.. though as they say, the younger you are, the faster you are to learn and the more flexible you are. I feel responsible towards you somehow for some reason, I helped you once with your first umbral trip.. hopefully the Wyld Garou will take care of you from now on as I wouldn't force you to learn my culture which is 180 degree different. Anyways, know that I'll always be there for you anytime you're lost again.

Axel Cads
Despite you growing up among the Wyld Garou, you've chosen to stick to your breed's culture.. quite impressive. I've promised you once that I'll help you move forward as you picked to hail from the Cockroach totem and became part of my tribe. You gotta learn that the Wyld isn't the true savior of Gaia my little friend, there're many other ways to save her but all you gotta do is open your eyes wider and stop the Wyld narrow vision.

Leopold Licht
After I've done my transfer and seen the amount of hunters working under you, the first thought that came in my head that it will take me a very long while to get along with kin that want nothing but terminate supernaturals. Instead, the result was quite new and impressive... you've welcomed me in with open arms accepting my identity and even recommended me to take over later in your will! We didn't know each others outside the mask but I think you've fought well for your cause.. It sucks not having you anyways by my side in SCU... Rest in peace, Licht.

Hunter Soto
You're very different compared to my other SCU units that always share the same hatred towards the supernaturals that showed them wrong. You've got a /vision/ apparently but yet I can feel it that you're hiding something, maybe others don't see it but I see it very well Soto. Secrets don't have a long lifespan, other than that, you're a perfect detective and I'm glad you're one of my units.

Irma Warbeck
You've got the Lupus stubborn but you're quite a type... you almost the only Lupus I know that prefers to live in town and not among wolves.. but among magis. We had few encounters together though I like how your head works. Taught you few sessions about some Garou Rite, though there's something always behind those scars on your face and that sad look that always overwhelms you.. guess with time I'll find out... it's my job to find out..

Taylor Z Bryne
Stalmdr... a fierce warrior and a very powerful Garou.. even though he's a fostern but he's truly showing a lot of might and power among the local sept's Garou... what gets into me the most is that he's one of the Children of Gaia tribe.. the most peaceful tribes the Garou ever known! You're indeed a pride of that tribe and you're definitely a good ally of mine. Hope you're doing good, kid.

Flynn Lancaster
Prince of his kind, Kamarilla or whatever they call it. Don't trust him fully and I don't think he does either, nor we both like it at all.. though sometimes to keep things peaceful you gotta have strong accords with the two heads... And so far the town's order is served well and peace is among us..

Egil Naess
He stood by the Wyld Garou since I arrived to Angel Pine, it's non of my concern but I don't think I'm just able to understand the connection between him and us as Garou... Sometimes I feel he's like a Ragabash for his own kind.. Frankly I don't trust him but well, we fought together and he's powerful. Though, the Garou need to understand to not give their trust fully cus someone fought by their sides.. I fought side by side with Cadavers that later on wanted to slit my throat... heh.. Wylders..
