3.1 Tell us some things about yourself:
I am Shauna Mustrev, 21 years of age. My strengths are, I am a team player and a good follower, I always find creativity in my works, I am flexible and can easily adapt to circumstances, I can concentrate and accomplish a specific task within a period of time. I am also good with time management, I take initiative when the need arises, and lastly, I am open for constructive criticism. My weaknesses as a person are, certain insecurity on how I perform, and I am a detail oriented type of person.
3.2 Provide an overview of your education and upbringing:
My father is a lawyer and my mother is a teacher. I grew up in a household were rules are meant to be followed and importance of education is instilled. I graduated from Yale University with a baccalaureate degree in Criminology. I am currently taking my Master of Arts Degree in Criminology to arm myself with deeper understanding about crime and LEO processes. My plan is to take a Doctors in Philosophy after my Master's Degree and contribute to my discipline.
3.3 Why have you decided to join the Sheriff's Department?
I served in Los Santos Police Department for a year and requested to be transferred to the Angel Pine Sheriff's Department. The reason of the request is to experience new experiences from another locality. I also find this opportunity to meet new faces and valuable experiences that I will someday use as a law enforcer.
3.4 What are your expectations from this job?
I expect that my services in the Sheriff's Department would grant me important insights about the locality. I also expect that I will gain the experience and knowledge that I am looking for from my future colleagues and superiors.
3.5 Define the skills you possess that are well suited for the department.
I am physically and mentally fit for the job. I am a regular in shooting ranges and I've undergone hand-to-hand combat trainings. I can think on my feet when things go bad, and I can remain calculated under pressure. The most important of all, I always put my humanity forward and I perform my duties well.
3.6 What were you previously employed as? Provide a brief overview of your past careers.
I served in Los Santos Police Department for a year. I finished my cadetship in three months and was promoted as a regular officer.
